It is very interesting to understand....It is general practice to compare the actual results with the Key Resport ing Areas (KRAs) at predecided intervals and then find out the gap and suggest the skiils / knowledge to bridge the gap... This is gap analysis..
What would happen if we understand our unbiased strengths and then pick out the profile / reporting areas which fit that strengths...their wont be any frustration or attention deficit trait or else....This is all about Reflected Best self exercise i.e. RBS exercise or to play with your skills...All the best leaders across the World have gone through this process either directly or indirectly...But one million dollar question is ...how to get an idea about our unbiased strengths??...
